Social Media Manager is needed in Atlanta, United States.

Brown Sugar Babe is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager for a hybrid independent contractor role in the Atlanta area. You will develop and execute social media strategies for a luxury fragrance and beauty brand, building brand awareness, audience growth, customer engagement, and support for product launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives. You will work with the Creative Director and stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.

The role includes creating and optimizing short- and long-form video, photography, motion graphics, and platform-specific content; managing content calendars and campaigns; identifying trends and cultural opportunities; and reporting on performance with recommendations for improvement. Applicants should have at least five years of social media marketing experience, a strong results-focused portfolio, advanced knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools, and proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and AI tools. Experience with luxury beauty, fragrance, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
