Social Media Manager is needed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Track1on1 is a revenue intelligence and social media automation platform for coaches, mentors, and info-product creators. We need a Social Media Manager to create and publish high-engagement content that reaches and converts this audience. You will develop a content calendar around product launches, feature updates, and creator pain points; create static posts, carousels, and short-form video concepts; and turn features such as revenue attribution, DM automation, and outlier finding into clear, benefit-led content.

You will manage content across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, adapting the style for each platform. Responsibilities include writing hooks, captions, and calls to action, monitoring engagement, testing formats and posting times, engaging with comments and DMs, and collaborating with the founder on brand voice, visual identity, and campaigns. We are looking for someone with proven social growth results, strong visual design and short-form copywriting skills, knowledge of the creator economy or willingness to learn quickly, and a data-driven, self-directed approach. This is a full-time contract hybrid role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
