We are Krill Fragrances, an independent UK fragrance brand looking for a social media manager and content creator to build our presence on Instagram and TikTok. We have an e-commerce website, products, and a library of professional photography and brand content, but need someone to take ownership of social media and make it a useful channel for brand awareness, community growth, website traffic, and sales.

This is a hands-on role covering social strategy, account optimisation, content planning, short-form video, Reels and TikTok creation and editing, posting, scheduling, community engagement, creator and influencer outreach, and testing content ideas. Experience with fragrance, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is valuable. We are also looking for someone who can create authentic social-first and UGC-style content. The initial engagement will cover a defined launch period, with potential for an ongoing relationship.
