TRIVANA is preparing to launch Kotiful, a global mobile app that helps international shoppers understand and discover Korean beauty products through K-Scan AI. We need a Social Media & Growth Manager to build Kotiful’s organic presence from the ground up across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and relevant community channels. The role includes developing a social strategy, creating and repurposing short-form content, writing captions and hooks, testing trends and growth ideas, managing community engagement, and turning attention into app discovery and downloads.

You will also research and outreach to micro-influencers, coordinate creator and UGC collaborations, develop PR and partnership opportunities, and track performance to improve results. We are looking for a proactive, data-aware creator with strong English, experience in K-beauty, travel, beauty, or consumer apps, and the ability to work independently with limited production resources. The engagement begins with a paid 30-day trial and may become a longer-term contract. We are particularly interested in candidates based in Mauritius who can work remotely with our international startup team.

For social media, we are looking for the level of creator-led content, organic growth, UGC, short-form video and global K-beauty storytelling demonstrated by brands such as SKIN1004, 3CE and Medicube.
