Job Summary

Borracho Tacos & Tequileria is searching for a creative Graphic Designer who would assist the marketing team with graphics and flyers for events, promotions and special occasions.

This position is on an as needed basis and does not require set hours.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)

• Manages and executes creative product that adheres to Brand Guidelines while understanding overall business objectives.
• Implements design and format standards to ensure that graphic design team is working consistently.
• Develops processes and systems to ensure efficient creative workflow within internal design group.
• Develops timelines for specific projects as needed.
• Collaborates and builds relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that creative needs are being addressed.
• Works to secure freelance resources as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• BA in Marketing, Communications or related field. PMP certification a plus.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe programs including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of print production, media and digital specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
