Primary Responsibilities

• The Remote Graphics Specialist has three primary responsibilities. The first is to serve inbound client communication and coordinate projects for on-time delivery. The second is for graphic design and/or coordination with other designers. Thirdly, is to process approved artwork through local and online print sources.

• Converting client scope of work into proof of concept reflective of the client’s brand, target market and selected medium (i.e. brochure, flyer, door hanger, etc.).
• Communicating concepts effectively for client review and approval including a rough layout of art and copy, fonts, colors and arrangement of elements.
• Coordinating revisions with clients, edit, and refreshing design timely and responsively to requested edits.
• Finalizing art and layout as required for print production.
• Coordinating and collaborating with other graphic design team members and contributing to team brainstorming when necessary
• Communicating effectively with clients as necessary through phone, e-mail.

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience providing graphic design for print related materials along with in-depth knowledge of pre-press file processing. A bachelors in graphic design or related field is preferred but can be substituted with experience. To be successful, you will need to be proficient and enjoy interacting with clients and other designers, be self-motivated and organized.

You will be asked to be available to respond to new requests and calls (company softphone provided) during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9a-5p PST within 2 hours. You will be paid for hours engaged in. This is a perfect position for someone who already works from home looking for more work.
