This is an exciting role for a freelancer who has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. The role is 5 days per week, ongoing. You must be able to work from the Frome office at least 3-4 days a week.

You should be people-focussed, with a passion for creativity and the arts. You will have great customer service skills and the ability to engage, interview and build enthusiasm with members of our community. Ultimately, you will be the face and voice of the brand and manage our community communications.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a digital community manager and launching community initiatives (e.g. building and nurturing online communities, running online competitions, writing blog posts, interviewing creative people, writing email newsletters)

• Ability to identify, interpret and track relevant digital website traffic, customer engagement and community metrics using digital services (e.g. Google Analytics, Intercom)

• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Pinterest

• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; you should be able to read and edit existing code, but won’t be required to write fresh code
