Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Marketing and Graphic Design.
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
• Proficient in WordPress, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency with the entire MS Office environment (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, visually stunning, and impactful graphic design for a variety of assets (examples: website pages, social media, collateral, landing pages, emails, templates, advertising, marketing materials, promotional materials, infographics, etc.)
• Execute recurring operational tasks needed to deliver marketing campaigns
• Research new ideas, tools, and trends that will support our digital growth
• Build and maintain email lists, operational workflows, and engagement data
• Create weekly Eblasts and assist the sales team to support new listing launches.
• Support the team by tracking incoming leads/prospects
• Create strategies for growing lead gen, engagement, and web traffic
• Update Company website
• Assist with monthly short form video content for agents.
• Create client-facing pitch materials that clearly communicate the overarching platform.
• Develop videos for web content, client testimonials, social media content as needed to enhance marketing programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors.

In addition, as you will be spearheading the marketing division this position will include additional compensation in the form of bonus and profit sharing.

Pay:

$25.00 - $60.00 per hour
