Job Description

GRAPHIC DESIGNER/Sales Assistant Required. To work for Snappy Snaps Eltham, SE9.

Starting pay £10.50 per hour

We are looking for a confident, bubbly personality to join our team of colleagues. You will be working in a retail busy shop environment, customer facing. If you are after a career within the photography/graphic design/Sales in a creative business, then Snappy Snaps is the company for you.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. You need to be able to multitask, work as a team, as well as have great attention to detail.

Position includes working some weekends.

PLEASE NOTE it is essential that you know how to use Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator at a good level, as we use it on a daily basis. Photography knowledge is preferable. Must be computer literate (Windows & Mac)

Minimum weekly hours: 16-32 hours per week.

Starting Salary: £10.50

Weekend working essential

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Taking/editing photos
• Designing & creating photo gifts
• Helping customers
• Developing C41 & B/W film
• Studio photography
• Graphic design
• Up selling

Qualifications and Skills:

• Photography
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Photo Editing

London, SE9 1TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
• Graphic Artists & Designers: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
