Job Description:

We’re excited about our next wave of growth and are looking for a dynamic designer to head up our creative efforts. This role is the right fit for an ambitious, growth-minded creative thinker and leader that is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

In this role, you will be the right hand to the CEO, developing the company’s design strategy and brand identity. This role is critical to the business and will require a flexible, strategic and creative thinker who is quick to understand the vision of our CEO, and has the ability to bring that vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of the company’s creative direction
• Foster a culture of creative excellence and uphold creative standards according to brand guidelines
• Manage print, digital, web & video projects to ensure consistent brand personality and look & feel across all channels
• Work closely with CEO to develop concepts and mockups for products and packaging, communication with vendors to produce renderings for manufacturing
• Establish campaigns and brand elements
• Build assets for trade shows

Must have:

• 5+ years experience in B2B setting marketing strategy and managing internal and external marketing personnel to execute set strategy
• Well-versed in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience in an agency or start-up setting
• A working knowledge of spatial relationships, design techniques and typography
• Exceptional communication and writing skills

Nice to have:

• Web development/Design (Wordpress)
• Experience in an advertising agency or client-side marketing department preferred
• Retail or Event industry experience
• 3D software or video production

Additional Information:

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
