Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer with specialized experience in working with Amazon and other online platforms to elevate engagement and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating visually appealing and effective graphics tailored for e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Storefront Design:
  • Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent Amazon Storefront designs that enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Optimize product listings with high-quality images, infographics, and other visuals to increase click-through rates and conversion.
  • Social Media Graphics:
  • Create engaging graphics for various social media platforms to promote products, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive and visually appealing social media campaigns.
  • Email Marketing Graphics:
  • Design visually appealing graphics for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Website Graphics:
  • Work closely with web developers to create graphics for website banners, product pages, and other online elements to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • A/B Testing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B testing on graphics to identify and implement design strategies that optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design to continuously improve and innovate our visual assets.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on e-commerce and online platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects related to Amazon Storefronts, social media graphics, and other e-commerce materials.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of E-commerce Principles:
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including an understanding of user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Creativity and Innovation:
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design trends and a proven ability to think outside the box.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Other Information:

  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Salary: £10.42-£11.50 per hour
  • Expected hours: 20 per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
  • Ability to Commute: Leicester (required)
  • Ability to Relocate: Leicester: Relocate before starting work (required)
