Job Description:

We are a digital marketing agency located in Birmingham, working with e-commerce brands around the world. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our creative and visual design projects. You will be responsible for creating graphics for social media ad campaigns and internal content marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with our creative manager to plan and execute new graphic designs
• Research and implement creative best practices
• Create designs using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
• Adhere to brand guidelines provided by clients
• Learn from best practices and continuously improve skills
• Manage own schedule and projects

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic skills in animation and After Effects (preferred but not essential)
• Keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to learn and research independently
• Interest in digital marketing and understanding of its principles
• Adaptability to new systems and software
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Open to mentorship and self-improvement
• Passionate about producing outstanding creative work

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Up to $1500 per month
