Job Description:

At Mecha, our Digital Media Designer will be responsible for developing various types of creative content for Mecha Noodle Bar, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements, and internal needs. They will collaborate with our marketing and design team in all stages of campaigns. They will provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. Their creative mind and insightful contributions will help develop, expand, and maintain our brand image on marketing channels and support storytelling with social media.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience required.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• A natural eye for design and color and imaginative content that effectively resonates with our audience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Solid understanding and willingness to keep up with social media trends.
• Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• A love for food and an understanding of current food trends is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
• Lead with a continuous improvement mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Navigate within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Proactive, outgoing, and detail-oriented personality with a strong ability to successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
