Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics for various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for print and digital media
• Develop concepts, layouts, and artwork for marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator and InVision
• Create and edit motion graphics for videos and animations
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience with logo design and print advertising
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Additional Information

• Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
• Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL 60654
