Job Description

As a part-time Marketing Associate at Everhome Capital Limited, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic design materials for real estate projects while incorporating Japanese aesthetic principles. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.

2. Previous experience or coursework in real estate marketing, advertising, graphic design, or related fields.

3. Strong understanding of Japanese aesthetics, architecture, design principles, and cultural influences.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

5. Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients is a plus.
