Job Description

Unbound is seeking a graphic design contractor to support creative initiatives across the company while a team member is on parental leave this summer. The position will be for a limited time period, starting in mid-May through the beginning of September. The contractor will collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and Senior Content Manager on various tasks, including:

• Creating brand-aligned assets for marketing emails, SMS, & brand website
• Building fun and engaging product launch collateral
• Assisting with organic social media efforts on Instagram, Tiktok, and Threads
• Working on paid advertising assets
• Designing assets to support the wholesale business and Amazon shop

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Ability to communicate ideas, progress, and escalate questions effectively
• Basic understanding of how DTC brands operate

Nice to Haves

It would be beneficial if the candidate also has:

• Experience with packaging design
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or Miro

Other Details

• This is a 1099 hourly role requiring an estimated 15-20 hours per week
• Hourly rate to be determined based on experience level and availability
• Remote position with flexibility on location, as long as Zoom meetings between 9 am and 6 pm EST are possible
• Applicants are welcome to work in the office if desired
• Ideal start date is early May 13th, 2024
