Job Description:

Our client, within the real estate space, is seeking a talented and experienced Contract Graphic Designer to assist our broker team in creating compelling proposals and brochures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe InDesign and capable of producing high-quality design work under tight deadlines. This is a contract position for an estimated 2 months.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality proposals and brochures for our broker team using Adobe InDesign.
• Collaborate closely with brokers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with company branding.
• Work on-site to facilitate direct communication and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must.
• Previous experience in creating marketing materials, preferably in a brokerage or similar environment.
• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and project demands.

Other Information:

This role requires on-site work to ensure direct communication and collaboration with the broker team. The contract is for an estimated 2 months duration.
