Job Description

Join LALAIS as a NYC-based Freelance Graphic Designer - Emails, Ads & eComm and immerse yourself in diverse creative projects for a new, luxury beauty brand. Gain hands-on experience in digital media and ecommerce. Your role will be to create and design daily emails, paid ads, and assets for social media and ecommerce, as well as assist with brand collateral, branding, and design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, slice, and schedule daily emails and paid ads
  • Create and design assets for social and ecommerce
  • Assist in brand collateral, branding, and design projects
  • Actively contribute to the brand’s email content calendar
  • Assist in photo productions and events, as required
  • Photo retouching and sizing assets for the respective platform

Requirements

  • Must have flexibility to work during the day
  • Hybrid role - will work independently and remotely, but MUST be located in proximity to NYC (Gramercy/Flatiron area) for meetings, projects, and events
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in prestige beauty or agency roles
  • Excellent Proficiency in Adobe XD, Klaviyo, Photoshop/Illustrator, Keynotes, Powerpoint
  • Graphic Design or Art Direction Degree
  • Strong knowledge and passion for beauty brands and products, preferably skincare
  • Keen eye for luxury design aesthetics; strong grasp of design principles and typography
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, works quickly
  • Ability to be flexible and operate in a fast-paced environment with little direction
  • Owns a laptop, has the necessary design programs mentioned above
