We are looking for a Freelance Visual & UI Designer to join our Product & Design team. This role will be varied and span across multiple projects, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the look and feel of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and marketing to deliver high-quality, user-focused designs.

You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that align with the identities of our products and elevate the overall user experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong attention to detail, and is eager to push creative boundaries while maintaining a user-first mindset. Your fresh perspective and innovative ideas will play a key role in driving our design strategy forward. This role is initially on a freelance basis, but has the opportunity to become permanent.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong portfolio to showcase their past work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects independently in a fast-paced, growing company
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience in video animation and production skills
• Experience working in a start-up environment across multiple products
• A conversational level of French

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual & UI Design:
• Translate wireframes and UX specifications into polished, high-impact user interfaces
• Ensure visual consistency across multiple digital products and collaborate with Product Designers to refine & expand our design systems
• Branding & Marketing Collateral:
• Elevate and refine brand identities across our different products and businesses
• Develop marketing assets (e.g. landing pages, ads etc.) that align with and evolve our visual identity
• Incorporate a data-driven approach to conceptualise, produce, and refine marketing materials—including landing pages, ads, and banners—that reinforce brand positioning and evolve with performance insights
• Motion Graphics:
• Produce engaging animations and motion graphics for product demos, video ads, and social content
• Integrate motion design elements to enrich user experiences on websites and within products
