Job Description

As a Digital Experience Designer, you will contribute to delivering exceptional digital experiences by supporting the design and implementation of user-centred solutions. Working closely with our design and cross-functional teams, you’ll help craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces and journeys that align with business objectives and user needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your design skills, collaborate with clients, and be a key part of our innovative Digital Design Team.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and enthusiastic Digital Hybrid Experience Designer (User Experience, User Interface, User Research) with a passion for creating user-centred designs.
• Comfortable working across all PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Transport.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to work independently on design tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
• A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and peers.
• Eagerness to contribute to internal digital design initiatives and stay updated with industry trends.
