Job Description

The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer - Licensed Consumer Products for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Capper St, London, UK. This role requires a visual storyteller passionate about design and innovation who will help shape the visual identity of iconic brands, creating captivating experiences for audiences worldwide.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, your creativity will drive the development of globally relevant creative assets supporting commercial goals, product innovation, and fresh business opportunities. This position will involve working full-time in a UK Hybrid setup, with office attendance three times a week in London.

Requirements

A passionate graphic designer: Ready to embrace a variety of creative challenges with a keen eye for detail and innovative designs.

Educational Background: Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

Licensed Consumer Products: Prior experience in graphic design focused on licensed products.

Effective Communication: Ability to visualize ideas and communicate effectively throughout the creative process.

Adaptability: A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and works collaboratively with a global creative team.

Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of the Licensed Consumer Products business, current landscape, future trends, and opportunities.

Global Perspective: Solid understanding of regional differences and market nuances.

Commercial Awareness: Good design awareness with the ability to interpret trends.

Collaborative Spirit: Highly collaborative and adaptable, open to feedback and sharing knowledge.
