Job Description

Regis and Supercuts hair salons are part of the largest hair salon group in the UK operated by UK Hairdressers, with over 90 national salons. We are recruiting a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative, fun marketing team based in Willenhall. This role requires flexibility regarding days and hours. As a Graphic Designer, you will drive work from conception through to delivery across all our brands, focusing on various design assets including Ecommerce banners, animated mobile assets, store print concepts, and overall company branding.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and effective designs for digital and traditional channels.
• Research, develop, and design multichannel design assets for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and conceptual work.
• Own and develop brand guidelines, ensuring alignment of artwork across all assets.
• Manage digital designs, employing innovative animations for various channels.
• Oversee print within stores and salons, including window assets and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with print suppliers and manage production orders within budget and deadlines.
• Attend brand photoshoots, ensuring proper content capture.
• Collaborate with the digital team on effective ad development and campaign design.
• Regularly update campaign designs on the website.
• Encourage unique, innovative designs and effective team collaboration.
• Review campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on design and industry trends to shape creative output.
• Improve internal design processes for efficiency.
• Document daily spending on print materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with a creative portfolio.
• Highly confident in using Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Experience with videography/editing.
• Knowledge of print suppliers and ordering processes.
• Art working and print production skills.
• Copywriting skills that integrate with creative concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience working with retail or beauty brands is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Monday.com is desirable but not essential.
