Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Design Manager

Main Function: Create and design content for marketing campaigns, including brand projects, promotions, advertising, internal communications, and digital assets. Stay up-to-date on design trends, shaping the brand through innovative visuals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Create content across all channels for the marketing team and business.
• Conceptualise key campaign moments, ensuring designs work digitally and in-store.
• Stay informed on design trends to shape the brand.
• Lead creative projects, presenting options and responding to feedback.
• Post-produce photoshoot images and video content for digital and print.
• Create animated content using After Effects (motion/animation experience desirable).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and meet business needs.
• Meet briefs and deadlines from across the business.
• Work with the studio and photography team on weekly digital content.
• Maintain strong relationships with other departments, including Marketing, PR, VM, and eCommerce.
• Represent the brand and ensure designs follow the style guide.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe CC.
• Experience in motion/animation (desirable).
• Ability to produce animated video content.
• Excellent knowledge of design trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, busy business with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience liaising with stakeholders and relationship building across multiple business functions.
• Experience working in a similar role (desirable).
• Excellent written English.
