An independent membership organisation, where no two days are the same, is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to raise awareness of the wide range of services available. You will work closely with the Communications and Marketing team on a variety of exciting projects, developing visual content across both print and digital platforms.

Requirements for the Role

What you will do as Graphic Designer:

• Create engaging, high-quality artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Develop creative concepts from initial brief, ideation, and iterations through to final delivery.
• Supervise and mentor part-time Junior Designer, helping to develop skills and maintain quality output.
• Design assets for a variety of materials including publications, posters, adverts, flyers, web and social media content.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure artwork meets print specifications.
• Use Asana to manage workflow and keep stakeholders updated.

What you will need as a Graphic Designer:

• Experience in an in-house, agency, or freelance design role.
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating marketing and promotional design across print and digital.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic/Digital Design or related subject.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Understanding of social media design and marketing.
