I am looking for a social media manager for a personal project to set up and promote a YouTube channel and Instagram account. The role includes filming content and managing the promotion of these social media platforms. This is a part-time contract position based in Kigali, Rwanda. The ideal candidate should have some experience in social media management and be able to assist in creating engaging content.
