Job Description

Direct Agents is an independent, growth marketing consultancy at the intersection of technology and human ingenuity. The role involves joining the Direct Agents Studio team, which focuses on creative graphic design, visual storytelling, and video production. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, and executing various graphics projects from inception to completion, collaborating with the team and clients to achieve project objectives, and contributing to innovative design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in digital ad and social design, web design, online advertising, typography, information design, and print design.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• General understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and multimedia editing processes.
• Web development experience is a plus but not required.
• Additional skills in print design, photography, illustration; copy editing and proofreading is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and initiative to get the job done.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven competence and ability in graphic design; HTML editing experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in online advertising is a plus.

Special Notes

• This is a part-time (20-25 hours/week) contract to hire role (3 - 6 months).
• This is an in-person role based in our NYC office. Candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office.
