Social Media Manager - Instagram, Tik Tok for cleaning company

We are seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to handle content creation and management for our cleaning company’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. The freelancer will be responsible for ideating, designing, writing captions with the right hashtags and calls-to-action, and posting 8–12 pieces of content per month. Content types will include reels, carousels, and static posts. You must be organized, proactive, and deliver on-brand, high-quality work. Responsibilities will also cover submitting posts in advance for approval, using official platform tools for scheduling, and suggesting engaging content ideas such as seasonal campaigns or user-generated content. Experience managing DMs and comments is a plus and may be discussed. You should have at least 2 years of social media management experience, a strong portfolio especially within lifestyle or cleaning niches, and proficiency with Canva or Adobe tools and scheduling platforms like Meta Suite, Later, or Buffer. Reliable communication and adherence to agreed security and access protocols are essential. This is an ongoing, remote, part-time contract with a monthly retainer to be agreed upon following a one-month trial.
