Direct response flyer design

We are TempTide Heating & Air, a local HVAC company in Marietta, GA, seeking a direct response graphic designer to create a print-ready, high-converting flyer for our free HVAC tune-up offer. The flyer should be visually striking, professional, and built around a clear call to action that appeals to homeowners in our area. The goal is to grab attention at the door, communicate our offer clearly, and increase conversion rates for free tune-up appointments that will lead to future customers. We will provide copy, logos, layout ideas, and inspiration; we need you to bring strong flyer design, persuasive marketing, and high-conversion layout skills. Who are you, and what do you do?
I’m Zack, the owner of TempTide Heating & Air, a local HVAC company in Marietta, GA. I’m launching an outreach campaign using professionally printed flyers, and I want one that grabs attention at the door, looks clean and modern, and includes a clear call to action that converts homeowners into free tune-up visits — and eventually paying customers.
