PathWeaver is seeking a Tumblr content manager for a 30-day pilot project. The goal is to create daily content, grow engagement through reblogs and follows, and develop a reusable content playbook. Responsibilities include building a tag strategy for relevant fandom and roleplaying topics, queuing 2–4 original and curated posts per day, writing captions with proper alt text, running promotions on high-performing posts, launching fandom ask games, and providing weekly reports on audience metrics and campaign effectiveness. Candidates should demonstrate experience managing Tumblr accounts, using Blaze/Blaze Pro, and show understanding of Tumblr’s tagging culture and romance themes. Experience with interactive fiction, otome, or visual novels and basic GIF creation is a plus.
