Job Description

The Performance Marketing Designer role is with a globally recognized, design-led D2C brand that is expanding its in-house creative capabilities to support performance-led digital campaigns across web and CRM. This position is situated in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where design quality directly impacts commercial outcomes. The designer will work closely with performance, CRM, and web teams to deliver high-impact creative quickly, without the complications of agency involvement. The role emphasizes scalable design systems and rapid iteration for conversion-driven design across various channels.

Requirements

You Will Need:

  • Advanced, hands-on expertise in Figma, including design systems.
  • Proven experience designing for performance marketing or D2C brands.
  • Strong web design capabilities with a focus on conversion principles.
  • Experience in creating and iterating prototypes quickly.
  • Confidence in collaborating closely with marketers, developers, and stakeholders.

Role Highlights

The Performance Marketing Designer will be responsible for:

  • Designing high-performing web and CRM assets aligned to performance goals.
  • Building, evolving, and maintaining robust design systems in Figma.
  • Producing rapid prototypes to test concepts and optimize user journeys.
  • Daily collaboration with performance marketing, CRO, and CRM teams.
  • Translating insights and data into commercially effective creative.

Additional Information

Compensation for this role is £250–£325 per day (inside IR35). This is a hybrid working position based in London. Candidates can look forward to working with a fashion-led global D2C brand, with design work that directly impacts revenue and growth.
